Caliper covers

I was told before I ordered item #1137 that I would receive item in 3-5 days and that they would send clips for installation. I ask that question..not going to glue anything on my calipers. The black hooks are loose, box damage like a old item. Very cheat plastic. I goingto be requesting a refund. I send an email, but no reply on the return procedures.
